Currently we offer service only in Colombia and The Philippines which permit legal entry to foreigners.

These services include, but not limited to the following;

1. All administrational services by OMS, and its Coordinators/Overseas Medical Teams who assist / liaise with you in processing your case file.
2. Providing you with a list of clinical data we need to qualify you for the surgery needed.
3. Selecting best candidate hospitals and physicians, and coordinating teams.
4. Obtaining physicians' prognoses / opinion and estimated cost.
5. Transferring your medical images / data etc.
6. Assist patient and family with travel and visa arrangements
7. Ongoing patient support with information and counseling relating to surgery and travel.
8. All final hospital discharge documents, medical and billing, where applicable.
9. Arranging for hospital billing records sufficiently detailed to enable the patient to submit for claims to an Insurance Company or relevant health authority, where permitted and agreed upon by the host hospital.
10. Linking you with support groups.
11. Research work on clinical data and all related information to your surgery
12. All methods of communication to hospitals, physicians, travel agents, to you, and coordinator of your region.
13. Courier / postal service.
14. Regular follow up post-procedure or when needed.
15. Online assistance for patient and family / attendant, during the entire stay in any location.
    

CONDITIONS & CRITERIA:

1. Patient must sign consent for treatment on form provided by the Hospital. The provisions of this form will apply equally to OMS and it’s Coordinators.
2. OMS does not recommend, endorse, or provide any specific test, products, or procedures of a medical nature.  Reliance on any information or referrals provided by OMS is solely at your own risk.
3. OMS assumes no liability or responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property arising from any use or any product, information, idea, or instructions offered or provided to you by the medical professionals that implement them.

• Local Simcard [chip for mobile phone].
• [One can receive international calls with only local charge]
• If you have a laptop / notebook, one can also use this to access the Internet in apartment.
